Aldama Consulting is a multi-talented service organization dedicated to custom technology solution for the benefit of our customers. Providing the highest quality of service supporting telecommunications, personal computers, networks, software, internet and business management, of small/medium sized organizations (and homes) in Los Angeles and Orange counties.

Any business can afford technology to improve profits

Aldama Consulting was started in 1998 by Daniel (Dan) Aldama. His motivation and dedication was to offer expert technical management services to small/medium sized businesses. However, shortly after opening doors, a large company contracted Mr. Aldama for a long term contract of systems deployment. But this initial setback did not deter Dan from serving the small/medium sized businesses on a part-time basis; at least until 2001, when he launched Aldama Consulting as a full-time concern.

Bio -

With his first visit to observe a telephone switching system in 1973, Dan ventured to work with telecommunications and the latest technology. His professional dreams began over 25 years ago when he started his career as a telephone operator. Working the American dream, he progressed up the ranks into the technical, marketing, and management areas. He was a Senior Manager at MCI and subsequently a start-up company named Winstar.

During his rise through the ranks of such companies as CONTEL, Pacific Telesis, Northern Telecom, McDonnell Douglas, IBM, MCI and Winstar, Mr. Aldama continued pursuing higher education; earning an A.S. degree in Data Processing, a B.S. in Business Management, and a MBA from University of California. The quest for knowledge continues as Dan is currently working on a graduate degree in Information Technology Management at Capella University.

The long time experience of Mr. Aldama has not been limited to a specific area of expertise. Mr. Aldama is somewhat a “jack of all trades” in telephony and information technology. His experience includes Customer Service, Network Management, Systems Implementation, Software Development, Project Management, Service Management, Marketing, Sales Support, Installation and Maintenance, Switch Engineering, Traffic Engineering, PC Assembly and Maintenance, Webmaster and Network Deployment. Mr. Aldama’s skills include technical writing, leadership and management, software programming, web page design, project management, budget analysis, proposal development, systems design, leadership, network programming, market analysis, and telephone installation/maintenance. He is a hands-on manager who feels just as comfortable on a ladder with a screwdriver, or behind a desk with a keyboard.

Mr. Aldama’s hobbies include music, playing his guitar, home improvement projects, cars, and writing.
